Return & Refund Policy

At Courterra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges (Standard Policy)

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• If a product is defective or damaged on arrival: Please email us at sales@courterra.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will assess the issue and, if approved, will provide a prepaid return label if a return is required. We will then process a replacement or a full refund.

• For change-of-mind or wrong color/size: You are eligible for a refund if the item is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund, or you may ship the item back yourself.

• Exchanges: For the quickest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item. Alternatively, we can ship your new item after the original return has been scanned by the shipping carrier. We can also issue store credit if you prefer.

• Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for a return or refund: used grips (except under our 30-Day No-Slip Guarantee below), installed or used protectors, items without original packaging, final-sale items, and gift cards.

30-Day No-Slip Guarantee

This guarantee applies exclusively to Courterra-branded overgrips and is separate from our standard policy.

If your Courterra overgrip feels slippery or underperforms within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund—no hassle. This guarantee does not apply to third-party brands (e.g., Tourna, GAMMA) or to any non-grip items.

• How to Claim: To initiate a claim, email us at sales@courterra.co with your order number, a brief note about the issue, and a photo of the grip on your paddle handle. We will review your claim and may not require a physical return. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at sales@courterra.co. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you may return it following our standard return process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your claim for a defective item), we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.
